| Breakfast:
A complementary, full country breakfast is served
at 9:00 am. Coffee is available for guests in the
kitchen at 7:00 am.
Cancellation
Policy: In the event that you must cancel,
with more than ONE WEEK NOTICE, there will be a
cancellation fee of $25.00. If
you cancel less than one week of arrival, the deposit
is non-refundable, unless we can re-rent. If we can
re-rent your room, we will issue a credit less the
$25 cancellation fee. (Sorry, we cannot accept e-mail

Check-In
Times: Check-in times are 3:00 to 6:00
pm. Other times by arrangement only. If you anticipate
that you may be arriving after 6 pm, an early phone
call is requested and appreciated.
Check
Out Time: 10:30 - 11:00 am.
Pets:
There are resident dogs and therefore we are unable
to accommodate your pets.
Children:
Children 12 years and older are welcome.
Smoking:
This is a non-smoking home.
